This Prosecco is fun and playful. It's ready for a mimosa or to be popped in a crowded room. It has bright bursts of fruit with a sugary vibe on the nose (like Fun Dip from back in the day). There is also aroma of sweet ripe pears. There's a good balance between sweet and mineral notes that keeps the wine refreshing. Party on Mionetto, party on.

My Review: 5.5/10
Spicy bubbly feeling in my mouth that stings my tongue in a bad way, very strange sensation
I give this a 5.5 out of 10 because I like bubbly wine more than red wine but this one was a bit too much and too strong, the flavor was nice but not something I would want to choose again but would choose this over a red wine
I had club crackers with this wine which I think enhanced the buttery-ness of the crackers because they tasted extra delicious
